Registration Fees

*VAT is included in the registration fee.

The registration fee for Academia includes access to the all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners on 14-16 November 2022.

The registration fee for Industry additionally includes a conference table and place for poster at the venue, a page about the company in the abstract book, company name on the conference webpage.

Registrations will be confirmed (by e-mail) upon receipt of the registration fee.

In case of cancellation of registration until 14 September 2022, the total amount, except for a cancellation fee of 50 euro, will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to adam9@osi.lv.

EU General Data Protection Regulation

By registering for the conference, you agree that your data will be processed according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will be processed only for the needs of the conference.

Payment details

You will receive an invoice within 5 working days. Bank wire transfer charges and other related fees must be paid by the participant. Full payment should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Receipts will be issued only if requested.
